Young Learner’s World has had the privilege to serve the children and families in the Beavercreek/Centerville area for over 25 years. We hope to continue for many years to come, and look forward to serving you and your child!
We employ on the best-qualified and professional childcare staff members. All staff receive extensive continuing education and in service training on current issues in early childhood education. All of our employees meet state requirements and background checks.
At Young Learner’s World, you and your child will feel safe. The children are supervised at all times. Our staff is always aware of who, where and when someone is on the premises. Staff is responsible for their children in their care. Center policies and procedures are established and posted in each classroom to ensure the safety of the children. At our center, the children activity areas, including restrooms, are cleaned and disinfected daily. Equipment, toys and cots are sanitized every Friday and when needed. Staff and children are required to wash their hands upon entering the center, after toileting and at each meal to ensure a healthy environment. We know that children are curious and eager to explore everything around them. Our center provides sufficient and suitable play materials to offer ample opportunity for learning and growth and a wide variety of experiences. We believe that well-balanced play materials stimulate the imagination and the physical, emotional, social and communication development of a child.

We recognize the diverse needs in our community and become actively involved in those agencies.
We are dedicated to helping the children entrusted to our care by develop self-discipline and personal responsibility through the use of positive discipline, redirection and reinforcement. Simple and realistic standards of behavior will be established according to the age and understanding of your child and the classroom.
Although we do not have scheduled tour times, we ask that you give us a phone call before arriving so that we can assure that a staff member will be able to show you around the center.
Children are encouraged to bring a personal possession for reassurance, such as a blanket or favorite toy. We also encourage, you to let your child adjust slowly to the new setting by visiting with your child several times before his/her first day or leaving him/her for short period of times before he/she stays a full day.
